18th Place Apartments

The 18th Place Apartments project is a vacant infill property ideal for a multifamily residential product with commercial at the ground floor that provides buildings adjacent to the street to encourage a walkable environment and offer additional housing to this area. The proposal is for 91 units of multifamily residential which includes 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units. The project is a 4 story podium structure, with parking on the first level and units on the top three levels. The project has resident amenities on the street level, and a swimming pool on level 2. Due to the close proximity to the SR-51 & Indian School Road interchange, we are proposing that vehicle access enter the Property from the existing alley on the northeast side of the parcel, off of 18th Place.

The streetscape along 18th Place and Indian School Road will be enhanced with landscaping to make the existing conditions much more attractive and improved. In addition, there is a height step back proposed on the northern part of the property to be sensitive to the neighbors to the north.

The subject site is approximately 1.79 acres of vacant land located east of the SR-51, at the northwest corner of Indian School Road and 18th Place. The Property consists of four (4) parcels.
